Brown human hair, brown glass eyes, 28"(71cm).  Has certificate & both inner & outer boxes.  Was displayed for 2 months in a cabinet when received in 2002 and then put back in box, no pets or smoking.  The shoes have some stain on the bottom of sole and has a bubble wrap mark on the top of one of the shoes from the shipping wrap that has been around the doll.
