Fairy in Gold Jewel Box, 7" tall x 6" wide (18cm x 15cm)
This rare Art Nouveau Jewel Box with a ladies head on
the lid is circa 1905! The Fairy inside is beautifully dressed in
Solstiss Lace from Paris and hand painted with translucent French
dyes. The dress is adorned with Swarovski crystals and real
opals! Her crown is gold over sterling with an opal
centerpiece. This box is over flowing with antique beads and
buttons. Looking closely you can see Fairy Golden Head beads
made by Susan! |
