More about the artists: - It has been a true privilege to have Tom and Andre attend and or participate in our show for the last ten years. We have had ladies, children and exciting combinations of their talent combined with Susan Snodgrass's work. Tom and Andre's porcelain editions are normally under 10 pieces worldwide and sell out quickly. In 2004 they debuted an adorable Alice and Red Riding Hood shown below at our show and a beautiful one of a kind piece which sold quickly. They participated in all our shows by debuting all new work from our 15th to our 25th Annual show! Our 15th Anniversary Show was Tom and Andre’s first store show appearance in the U.S. ever! We knew they were rising stars. Tom’s artistic involvement began in the late 1980’s at Tussaud’s Wax Museum. Here, he learned the age old tradition & the lost art of wax figure making from the early stage of sculpting to the final stages of inserting human hair by a single strand. In 1995, Andre joined Tom as his assistant and they soon formed a partnership. Although these artists had been creating dolls for years, avid collectors have been buying them before they ever hit the market! It is for this reason that their work didn't really become available until 1997. The wax dolls they produce sell from $8,000.00 and up now and they usually produce only a couple of one-of-a-kind wax dolls and 2 to 3 different porcelain dolls yearly. Remember to notice the attention to detail in the painting of the eyes, the beautiful handmade mohair wigs and the 100% natural fibers which adorn all their dolls.

Beach Fantasy, $3,800 (marked incorrectly in catalogue- we apologize for the mistake) SOLD
The Driftwood piece is 19” across horizontal and the driftwood itself is 7” inches. The driftwood was hand dyed by Susan to this color. The large lady is 13” inches and was hand painted by Tom Francirek (although it is a Snodgrass doll), the little fairies are 4” seated or 5 ½” standing (one to the left) and two 3” babies and a 2 “ inch baby (So what Susan would call 3 size 1 fairies, and a bug fairy. I have yet to see a piece on driftwood since the one she did for Contemporary dolls magazine about 10 years ago which is why I requested the piece to be made. Exact shipping charges on this would be charged at the time of shipping. These are all full body porcelain.

“Enchanted Visit” $8,700. (below) - One of a Kind SOLD
The lady doll is 11 ½” to 12” from bum to head and if she stood about 24” inches. The total piece is 18” inches from ground to top of the head since she is seated on the bench. The face is slightly smaller then his larger normal size ladies. The sculpt is a brand new sculpt designed for this collaborative piece and will be used no more then 3 times although I may limit it to 2 as it will be exclusive to me. The fairies include 2 large fairies retail normally at $800.00 and a $500.00 fairy and 2 $400.00 fairies so the fairies are $3,700.00. You can take any combination of these fairies but I would recommend all but maybe the one large one standing to the left of the chair. She may not be needed although I think she provided nice balance. The large lady is $5000.00. So, the total piece is $8,700.00 as shown. If you purchase w/o the large fairy to the left it would be $7,900.00 and I think equally as nice. This piece is a collaborative effort of more then 3 weeks w/Tom, Andre and Susan. This is a first of it’s kind. You know you bought the other w/the one fairy but there was only one other like that that I had about five years ago and again it just had one fairy. Tom, Andre and Susan collaboratively did the painting on these fairies faces and dressed and did the detail crystal work. Tom said he is wiped out from painting these tiny faces and though spectacular does not expect to continue doing too many of these pieces. Exact shipping charges would be charged when shipped to you. Also – note this is a full body sculpt!

12” inches bum to head and if she stood 28” (same scale as other former lady dolls) – Brown mohair wig with green hand painted eyes. The two fairies are Susan’s but collaborative effort again on costuming. Susan did all the hand beaded work on the cap which is amazing. I think it is a very fair price considering this face is a one of a kind and has two fairies with her! Exact shipping charges would be charged when shipped to you. This sculpt was done last year and was in my catalogue but it was never sold so this is the only sculpt of her and she will not be done ever again. Also – this is a FULL BODY sculpt!

Green hand painted eyes, blonde angora mohair, 19" seated

This Sophie is magically dressed in the most delicate gossamer seafoam green silk netting. This unique antique lace piece is embroidered with incredible silver metallic flowers. Her bodice is adorned with handmade silver organza vine work and chiffon flowers. Swarovski crystals add to the brilliance of this outfit.

Hazel Brown hand painted eyes, chestnut angora mohair, 19" seated.
She is dressed dreamily in a romantic antique ecru silk net and lace dress. Her delicate overskirt is made of antique embroidered silk chiffon that is extremely rare.

At least 3 of the Natalies will be dressed in a dramatic scarlet red silk Dupioni dress. A huge silk flower sits at her shoulder and sprouts rich velveteen leaves. Her sash is made of a deep red silk velvet. Natalie is dressed in her best gown as she steals a moment away from the crowd to spend with her prized possession. Natalie carefully safeguards her secret behind her back. Each Natalie will come with her own unique surprise and the story behind it. Sarah $4,800
Porcelain, LE/10 sculpt, one of a kind dressed. Her flowing hair is made of dark chestnut angora mohair wig. 19" seated. Her green painted eyes are so romantic as she gazes down, lost in thought. Sarah's gown billows around her in the most beautiful dusty rose silk fabric. Embroidered and covered in pearls and sequins. The neckline of the dress is adorned with a heavily encrusted glass bead trim imported from France. her under dress is a perfectly matching crimped chiffon that is layered in petals.
