Alice in Wonderland - Lucia and
her mother have done an amazing selection of different Alice's through the
years. Be sure to contact us about the theme of your choice and watch them work
their magic!
Affordable Musicals -. Each musical
has a ooak heads but the paper clay pieces are all the same and the costuming is
the same. They will make three to five heads at a time to keep consistency. The
prices are really affordable and there are many different themes to choose from.

Friedericy has been a family
collaboration in doll making since 1987. Originally between brother and
sister, John and Lucia Friedericy and currently between Lucia and her mother
Judith who took over in 1990 upon John's death. Judith sculpts the dolls
heads, hands and feet in porcelain clay. Lucia paints and applies wax to
the pieces.. She also fashions the bodies and costumes. Each piece
is a hand sculpted one-of-a-kind piece. No two are exactly alike as there are no
molds. Their pieces are highly sought after. Enjoy!
We
had admired Friedericy dolls for many, many years before we carried it..
Every-year people stand in line to purchase their amazing wax over porcelain
clay dolls. We have never seen a year that their table of one-of-a-kinds in New York
lasted more then one hour! It is still the case year after year. This year she

All pieces shown have hand painted eyes and

No two are exactly alike as there are no molds used. Judith
sculpts the dolls' heads, hands and feet in porcelain clay.
Her daughter Lucia paints and applies wax to the pieces and costumes
their bodies.
Th"Ballet
Theatre" - One of a Kind- Approx. 26" tall and 24" wide and 13"
deep. The 2 main dancers are about 17" (Man), 16" on toe (Ballerina).
The chorus ladies in back are about 15"--there are 6 of them, but they
are like a 3D sculpture--just their front half attached to the
backgrounds so they act like set pieces. $4.250.00 Complete Set -

tall and flower girl is 9.5" tall. Very expensive beaded wedding
lace was used to make the bride's gorgeous dress.

One-of-a-Kind, Heads, Hands & Feet Hand sculpted Porcelain Clay w/Wax
Over, Cloth Body w/Armature, Hand Painted Eyes, Mohair - 31”, Available
as shown with Dark Hair (Madonna inspired) or with Honey hair as
“Titania”.
This doll
has a gold and pearl crown & a long silk chiffon lavender-blue veil. Her
dress is fine purple French lace with a delicate cording of gold thread
tracing the flower outlines over a silk underskirt. The little fairies
fly out from her veil each dressed in soft lace in graduating tones of
lavender, pink, & purple. Lucia studied the 16th century church wood
carvings of saints shown with fairies beneath their veils and capes for
sometime before creating this “Madonna” inspired piece. As a honey
blonde she becomes “Titania, the Queen of the Fairies” from A Midsummer
Night’s Dream. We thought we would give you, the collector, the choice!

One-of-a-Kind, Heads, Hands & Feet, Hand sculpted Porcelain Clay w/Wax
Over, Cloth Body w/Armature, Painted Eyes, Mohair - 29.5”
This is the
very first “Ophelia” we have had from Friedericy and she is just
gorgeous. She of course is from Shakesphere’s “Hamlet.” We loved her
beautiful sweet face the minute we saw her and wow, that dress is just
stunning. Ophelia’s dress is a very pale pink French embroidered net
lace over a delicate white silk underskirt. Her bodice is gold metal
embellishments with enameled flowers. She holds a long gold and pearl
chain with little pastel flowers on it. Flowers also adorn her hair. We
are very pleased she chose to create this theme especially for this
year’s annual show. We will have other surprise work at the show not
shown.

Consider doing a Custom Order. Each is a one of a kind but similar
themes or looks can be achieved. Different hair, eye and costume
colors of your choice! 25% down and then you can either make monthly
payments or pay the balance when the piece comes in. You can even

Girl is sitting on a matching bench to the ones the fairies are on and they
all match the taller one that is the table. Approximately 23" seated and it sets
up around 20" wide. The pieces can be moved about so that it is somewhat
narrower or wider apart.

Once upon a Time - One of a Kind
